Lost Greyhound

Savannah

My name is Cheryl Dumble and I have a lost greyhound. My husband, Brian, and I traveled to Austin, TX on Friday October 25th. Brian was to attend drill weekend with the Texas Air Guard and I went along with our two greyhounds. We were just about to go into our hotel, the Candlewood Suites on Stonelake Road in Austin, when Savannah got spooked and slipped her collar. That was 9:30 pm on Friday, October 25th. We spent the rest of the weekend searching, putting out flyers, and contacting everyone. Unfortunately we had to return home (Dallas/Forth Worth area) on Sunday night without her.

What I am asking of you is only to please, please just keep your eyes and ears open.

She is 3 years old, Black Brindle, about 62 lbs. Her racing name was Turner Loose, kennel name was Elvira, which we changed to Savannah upon adoption. Her ear tattoos are 79926 and 39E. She's also microchipped with Home Again. She retired from racing early this year but her muscles still look like she just came off the track. Again, she slipped her collar so has no collar or her tags.

We love this little girl. She is very, very special to me. Thank you for anything you can do.

I can be reached at 817-905-4554, or 972-756-4607. Brian can be reached at 817-822-5198. Email is cheryl.dumble@verizon.com or CF105@ev1.net. I am offering a very generous reward for her safe return or information that leads to her return.
