Rose is a petite beautiful white girl, who is suspected to be about 3 years old. She has no tattoos, and was found with Carrie as a stray in the Burleson area. Rose tested positive for Ehrlichia at one of the highest titers GALT has ever seen. She is receiving treatment and daily medication, and will be for a while longer. A retest of her blood work shows her titer is decreasing. Rose is living in a foster home with two other greyhounds, and is a happy, happy girl. She loves attention and plays well with other large dogs, but Rose is not cat or small animal tolerant.
The special medical treatment cost needed by Rose is why the Miss Mesa Fund was established. If you would like to help with Rose's care, please take a moment to write a check (Greyhound Adoption League of Texas, P. O. Box 680, Addison, TX 75001) and note Miss Mesa Fund/Rose on your check.
