Poison Control Center Choking: The Heimlich Maneuver for Dogs *Sage Advice
was created in memory of Sage, aka Saved, beloved greyhound of Suzanne
Griggs. Sage, at the age of 9½, left our world much too early as
the result of a heartbreaking accident. Going to the Rainbow Bridge prematurely
was a tragedy, but hopefully through this column, others might be saved.
The word Sage in English means wise; however, in French, it
translates to well-behaved, virtuous, prudent, wise, good and most of
all, gentle all perfect words to describe Sage Griggs. |
