GALTX

Yale is a 3 year old red male born in 2015. He was part of the population from the blood bank facility located in Cherokee, TX that closed in November 2017. Yale has been medically evaluated and completed his medical procedures by GALT's veterinarians. It is not known at this time if Yale is small animal or cat tolerant. Please check back periodically for updates on his journey to a forever home.

Yale is an adorable rambunctious and super sweet young boy. This 3 year old is full of energy and has a huge personality. Yale loves to bark, play, and he even will sometimes roo as we make his dinner. Yale is very food motivated and, on occasion, will act before he thinks and try to table or counter surf. A quick no and he stops, then will usually lay down and sulk. Yale loves to get affection and is always willing to give love back. He craves attention so much that he sometimes will push the other dogs away to steal all the petting. He walks well on a leash and although not perfect he has good house manners and is learning new things at a fast pace. Given his young age and energy level Yale will do best with a family that can dote on him, give him lots of attention, and play with him often. It is unknown if Yale is cat or small animal tolerant though, I do believe he will do fine and thrive as part of a pack or in an only dog home.
