Parfait, aka Slatex Parfait, is a 2.5-year-old red female born August 7, 2013. Her sire is KC and All and her dam is Slatex Coco Puff. She has 39 races on record in 2015. Her career ended on December 2, 2015, when Parfait suffered an injury that caused her right leg to be put in a cast for 4 weeks at the track. When she came to GALT the cast had been removed, and she was limping on her right leg. Dr. Bob Radasch of Dallas Veterinary Surgery Center x-rayed and did a CT scan on March 6, 2016, which showed healed fractures with a few small fragments. Parfait is using the leg very well, and Dr. Radasch feels her symptoms warrant no further treatment at this time.
Parfait is not cat or small dog tolerant at this time.
