Charlotte

Charlotte is an approximately 18-month-old black female. She has no tattoos so her age is estimated. Charlotte was found as a stray in a vacant field within the Grand Prairie city limits. She loves to cockroach and especially give kisses! Charlotte gets along well with the other dogs in her foster home. She has not been tested with small animals yet, but she is NOT cat tolerant.
