GALTX

Kona (who was known as Allegiance in his racing days) passed over the bridge at the beginning of his 15th year. Kona was a winner, but like many track dogs fell while racing and shattered his rear hock. He was rescued by GALT and underwent surgery and nearly died from a cardiac arrest. Lucky for us he made it and we were able to make this big, beautiful fawn retired athlete part of our pack. Kona was a gentle giant. After he recovered he still like to run and lean into the turns in our back yard. We will always love him and miss him and are thankful for the 12 years that he had us.
