North Texas Irish Festival
March 3 and 4, 2007
For the twenty-fifth year, The North Texas Irish Festival invited the public to celebrate all things Irish. GALT and its Greyhounds participated again and enjoyed the music, food, and of course, seeing all the dogs – even dogs of other breeds. GALT's adoptable Greyhounds got their share of attention. Many GALT adopters brought their Greyhounds to visit the foster Greyhounds. A special thanks to Barb Bray, Sarah Bray, Debi Joynt, Kathy Shamrock, Jhon and Eddie Estrada, Holly Taylor, Danika Taylor, Joe and Mary Hoiles, John Hudson, Carolyn and Larry White, Molly Cain, Steve Shelton, Kathy Heffernan, Jonna Mayes, Ann-Marie Cariotis, and Kathy Timberlake for bringing your fosters. Many of the Greyhounds that attended the Irish Festival have now been adopted (Ashley, Polo, Bennet, and Shelby) and we hope for more adoptions as a result of people seeing those greyt available Greyhounds. A special THANK YOU to Carmen and Mike of Black Horse Design for again donating a portion of their sales to GALT.
