Winston, formerly Dodge

Winston was my happy, happy guy who sometimes was a bit too exuberant, but he loved us like no other. He was always so excited to see us when we came home and excited to go for rides in the car, excited about everything. Winston just loved life, period. He was such a beautiful, big, strong dog and was the best blood donor ever. He saved many a dog's life in the 2 years that we had him before his illness. It was quite a shock when he was diagnosed with lymphoma at only 5 years old but he fought a strong battle that in the end he just couldn't win. We will miss him terribly because as his write-up said when we adopted him, "he throws a party when you come home" and he always did.
