Ziti
ADOPTED TO HER FOREVER HOME!
Ziti, aka Gable Ziti, is a beautiful 4-year-old brindle female, born July 3, 2004. Her sire is Gable Dodge, making her grand sire Wigwam Wag, and her dam is Flying Shell K. Ziti is a Texas-bred greyhound, racing her entire career of 129 races at the Corpus Christi track, starting August 19, 2006, and ending December 20, 2007, with a broken right rear foot. Ziti was evaluated by Dr. Stephanie Beardsley of Central Texas Veterinary Specialty Hospital in Austin, and surgery was performed on Wednesday, January 16, 2008, placing a plate with several screws to stabilize the fracture. Ziti's cast was taken off and her foot has healed, and she is ready to find her forever home!
