ADOPTED TO HIS FOREVER HOME!
Percy, aka Pat C Persnickty, is a white and black, 7 1/2-year-old male born October 9, 2000. His sire is Terry Waite and his dam is Pat C Gorky Park. Percy's 73-race career started September 5, 2002, at Wheeling Downs, WV, and ended January 27, 2004, at Valley Race Park in Harlingen, TX. Percy was adopted shortly after his retirement to what was to be his forever home, but his owner died unexpectedly in February 2008. Percy is a sweet, loving boy who is in a quiet foster home with several other greyhounds.
Percy passed his cat test. He was really not interested. He got in a couple of smells and got nose-to-nose once. The cat thought he was OK, too. We will see how he does with small dogs later.
